My business philosophy since entering the real estate industry has been to know my competitors well and be sure I am working within the best organization.
It must be an organization that will allow me to provide a high level of service to my clients and provide a culture for me to thrive as a Broker. In keeping with that philosophy, we have recently announced a strategic partnership with one of the world’s largest commercial real estate brokers.
Who is JLL and why the change?
Who is JLL

How does this benefit ICR’s clients?
To the benefit of our clients, we are able to leverage JLL’s global resources and experience to expand our reach marketing property that requires national and/or international exposure.
This strategic partnership has been created with two other leaders in the market to provide complete Canadian coverage, Partners Global Corporate Real Estate based out of Atlantic Canada and Capital Commercial operating in Winnipeg.
Brett Miller, President JLL Canada, states, “We have selected our new partners based on mutual commitment to teamwork, ethics and excellence. Our strategic partnership will allow us to better service our clients in those respective Canadian markets as well as expand the JLL brand further.”
How does this benefit me as a Broker?
During our discussions throughout the time spent establishing this partnership, as well as the short period since going public, we’ve had a glimpse at the substantial volume of referral business and cooperative corporate pitches that will be created as a result of this new business relationship.
If I’m getting exposed to more business opportunities, naturally my clients will benefit from this increased exposure as well. This strategic partnership allows us to maintain our autonomy and all the benefits that extend from being an Independent Company:
